With a small amount of technicians left to complete their IRTEC Assements i am pleased to say that all technicians so far have passed and achieved their IRTEC HGV Inspectors accreditation.

This month will see the start of our IRTEC HGV Inspector training.
Our aim is to have all of our HGV Technicians obtain the IRTEC license.
The training will run upto Christmas 2020 and through the first quarter of 2021.

It has been a while since our last post. This is a reflection of how busy we have been.
We have invested in another Jaltest diagnostic computer to increase our coverage. We have found this diagnostic computer a valuable piece of equipment and can handle virtually all of our diagnostic and programming needs within the HGV field. With it, we are able to diagnose and programme vehicle brands such as IVECO, DAF, Mercedes and Scania including service resets and new component activation as well as DPF regeneration.
As well as the Jaltest, all of our vans carry Snap On Modis or Zeus computers to aid us with various tasks for the modern fleets that we support.
Air Conditioning: We have now invested in another AC service machine so that we can now service systems running the new R1234y Gas (2017 on)
Both our R134a and R1234y machines are capable of servicing HGV’s, Minibuses and LGV’s.
